2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Products returnable within 7 days of delivery.
- Unused, original packaging, same condition.
- Proof of purchase required (invoice).
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Software/digital products once activated.
- Customized PCs/components.
- Promotional/clearance items.
- Remote support services (see Remote T&Cs).
2.3 Return Process

- Approval: Receive return instructions.
- Shipping: Customer pays return cost (prepaid labels for damages).
- Inspection/Refund: Processed post-inspection.
2.4 Refunds
- Credited to original method via GK SYSTEMS gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, Paytm).
- Within 7-10 business days post-receipt (RBI compliant).
- Shipping charges non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Order Cancellation
- Within 24 hours of order.
- Post-processing: Not accepted.
3.2 Refund for Canceled Orders
- Pre-shipment: Full refund.
- Post-shipment: Follow returns.
