2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Products returnable within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unused, original packaging, same condition.
  • Proof of purchase required (invoice).

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Software/digital products once activated.
  • Customized PCs/components.
  • Promotional/clearance items.
  • Remote support services (see Remote T&Cs).

2.3 Return Process

  • Approval: Receive return instructions.
  • Shipping: Customer pays return cost (prepaid labels for damages).
  • Inspection/Refund: Processed post-inspection.

2.4 Refunds

  • Credited to original method via GK SYSTEMS gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, Paytm).
  • Within 7-10 business days post-receipt (RBI compliant).
  • Shipping charges non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours of order.
  • Post-processing: Not accepted.

3.2 Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Pre-shipment: Full refund.
  • Post-shipment: Follow returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Reporting Damages

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos of item/packaging required.

4.2 Replacement or Refund

  • Verification: Replacement/refund + return shipping covered.

5. Warranty and Support

  • 1-year free remote support for PC buyers (details).
