PSPC.in offers prebuilt computer packages tailored to students, beginners, and professionals. Our products are designed to cater to educational and professional needs at an affordable price.


3. Product Information

  • Product Configurations: Our PC configurations are fixed, but component brands may vary depending on stock availability.
  • Package Inclusions: All packages include a complimentary Wi-Fi and Bluetooth receiver.
  • Add-Ons and Accessories: Optional add-ons and accessories are available for purchase to enhance the computing experience.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment gateways.
  • Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

5. Order and Shipping Policy

  • Order Confirmation: Orders will be confirmed via email after successful payment.
  • Shipping: We ship only within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Support

  • Product Warranty: Warranty is covered by the respective component brands. PSPC.in does not offer direct warranty on parts.
  • Customer Support: We provide 1-year free remote hardware support. Additional 2-year support is available with our paid AMC package.

7. Return and Cancellation Policy

  • Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the return.

8. Buyback and Upgrade Policy

  • Buyback Offer: Customers can avail up to a 50% discount when upgrading from Gen1 to Gen2 or Gen2 to Gen3 packages.
  • Eligibility: Buyback is applicable only if the customer purchases the paid AMC add-on.
  • Condition: Buyback value is based on the condition of the returned product and the number of support claims.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on PSPC.in, including images, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of PSPC.in and cannot be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • PSPC.in is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Privacy Policy

By using PSPC.in, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of  Tamilnadu.


13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

PSPC.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.


14. Remote Support Service

14.1 Scope of Service

PSPC.in offers remote IT support services, including:
✔️ Windows OS installation, customization, and troubleshooting
✔️ Microsoft Office installation and activation support (for licensed versions)
✔️ Antivirus installation and security optimization
✔️ General PC performance tuning and software troubleshooting

Our remote support does NOT include:
❌ Installing, activating, or troubleshooting pirated/cracked software
❌ Modifying software activation mechanisms (e.g., bypassing activation)
❌ Providing or recommending illegal software solutions


14.2 Software Legitimacy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide genuine software licenses if activation support is required.
  • PSPC.in is not responsible for issues arising from the use of pirated or unauthorized software.
  • If a customer requests assistance with unlicensed software, PSPC.in reserves the right to decline service.

14.3 Remote Access & Data Privacy

  • Remote support is provided through secure remote access tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
  • Customers must explicitly authorize remote access before service begins.
  • PSPC.in does not store, collect, or misuse any customer data. However, customers are advised to back up important files before the session.
  • PSPC.in is not liable for any data loss or system failures resulting from remote support.

14.4 Payment & Refund Policy

  • Remote support services are prepaid and must be paid in full before assistance is provided.
  • If an issue cannot be resolved, PSPC.in may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the case.
  • No refunds will be provided for issues caused by:
    • Pirated or unstable third-party software
    • Pre-existing system damage or hardware failures
    • Unauthorized modifications made after the support session

14.5 Service Limitations & Liability

  • PSPC.in does not guarantee that all technical issues will be resolved.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their system complies with legal software licensing policies.
  • PSPC.in reserves the right to refuse service if a customer is abusive, uncooperative, or requesting illegal actions.

14.6 Compliance with Laws

  • PSPC.in strictly adheres to software licensing laws and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Customers must ensure that their software and activities comply with local laws.

14.7 Remote Support Warranty

  • Each remote support session includes a 24-hour service warranty from the time of issue resolution.
  • If the same issue reoccurs within 24 hours, PSPC.in will provide free follow-up support to resolve it.
  • After 24 hours, any further assistance will be considered a new support request and will require a new payment.
  • The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
    • User modifications made after the support session
    • Installation of new third-party software that may conflict with the system
    • Hardware failures, malware infections, or data loss that occur after support is completed
